Shipping
All orders ship via USPS. Once packaged has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please be aware that shipping packages can take up to 3-5 days to send.
Due to COVID 19 ciris, USPS deliveries are taking a bit longer than usual. We are sorry for the delays and are doing our best to ship in a timely manner.
Local Pick-up
We offer local pick up. To pick up your order, use the code "LOCALPICKUP" at check out. When choosing a local pick up you will receive an email when your order is ready with our pick up location, day and time your order will be available fro pick up.
Return policies
Our return policy is 7 days. After 7 days we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Candles must be "unburned" and "unlit".
To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase.
You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.
Damage/ Incorrect Product
If in the event that you receive a damage product or incorrect product we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving product so we can accordingly replace or refund product.
